Causes of this failure and troubleshooting methods:

(1)force point knife edge loosening,should adjust the force point knife edge and tighten;.

(2)force point knife edge and pivot point wear will increase the load error to varying degrees,the knife edge should be researched and repaired;.

(3)The adjustment block on the load lever is not in the proper position,it can be moved forward or backward according to the situation,and then fixed tightly after proper adjustment.

(4)compression spring corrosion,increased friction with the pressure shaft,spindle bushings,should be cleaned rusty parts and on the protective oil or replacement.

(5)loading is not smooth,shock vibration phenomenon,should be excluded to cause unstable factors.

2,loading speed can not be controlled in the specified time

Loading speed is too fast or too slow,mainly reducer oil viscosity is too small or too large,should clean the reducer,and replace the reducer oil.

3,the determination of the hardness of the Brinell hardness tester repair value and the standard hardness block value inconsistent

Causes of this failure and troubleshooting methods:

(1)hardness tester installation is not horizontal,should be adjusted to the level of the hardness tester;.

(2)steel ball surface is not polished or the diameter exceeds the tolerance,should be micrometer to select qualified steel ball to replace;

(4)weights can not be placed vertically,weights and hardness tester back cover rubbing against the ring should be checked whether to hang in the focus on the knife edge,hanger hanger bar is straight,otherwise the ring should be hung on the focus on the knife edge,straighten the hanger hanger bar;

(5)spindle and test bench platform perpendicularity,spindle axis and lifting screw axis coaxiality is too poor,should be analyzed according to its situation for spindle and test bench platform perpendicularity,spindle axis and lifting screw axis coaxiality adjustment.

4,hardness tester repeatedly load and unload

Should adjust the length of the top bar and fixed;(2)reversing switch installation position is not appropriate,the movable stopper can not touch the reversing switch on the pin,resulting in the reversing switch does not change direction,should be adjusted to the reversing switch installation position.

5、Hardness tester load all plus when the shutdown

This failure is due to the reversing switch contact point has burned,ablation phenomenon,resulting in poor contact point contact,should be cleaned and polished contact point or replace the new reversing switch.

6,key switch is pressed,the hardness tester does not act,but there is a buzzing current sound

The cause of this failure for the motor phase,should check whether the power Brinell hardness tester maintenance is normal,whether the power plug is plugged in,whether the cable is disconnected,whether the power switch is intact,whether the motor wiring is firmly connected,whether the motor coil is burned out a group of reversing switch contacts are good,etc.,should be ruled out depending on its situation.
