No. 1855 of the first Ministry of machinery industry stipulates that our factory will produce normal temperature hardness testers, including Rockwell hardness tester, Brinell hardness tester, Bulo dual-purpose hardness tester and hardness block. The working group of the Fourth Bureau of the First Ministry of Machinery Industry entered the factory to arrange trial production of new products; the first 150A Rockwell hardness tester in China was successfully developed in our factory.

1962

The enterprise belongs to the Department of Machinery Industry of Shandong Province; the enterprise changed its name to "Shandong Ye County Material Testing Machine Factory"; the first HB-3000 Brinell hardness tester in China was successfully developed in our factory.

1963

The first portable Brinell hardness tester in China and the Vickers hardness tester successfully developed in our factory were successfully developed in our factory. The electroplating group was established as Ye County Electroplating Factory. Shandong Provincial Department of Machinery Industry (63) No. 501 issued the first batch of military technological transformation fees of 57200 yuan, and the enterprise began the production of military products. The first HS-15 Shore hardness tester in China was successfully developed in our factory. After national inspection and evaluation, Brinell hardness tester was rated as a first-class product.

1966

The first large-scale Brinell hardness tester, surface Rockwell hardness tester, portable Brinell hardness tester and Vickers hardness tester indenter in China were successfully developed in our factory and passed the national appraisal. Rockwell hardness tester, three-use hardness tester and Rockwell hardness tester indenter passed the provincial appraisal. Vickers hardness tester went to Japan to participate in the exhibition. In December, the first HRBD-150 Blovey hardness tester in China was successfully developed in our factory.

1967

The enterprise set up a revolutionary committee; with the approval of the State Bureau of Metrology, the enterprise set up a fixed-degree station to independently transmit the hardness standard. So far, Huayin is still the only enterprise secondary hardness transmission unit.

1968

The first domestic HD-187.5 Blovey hardness tester was successfully developed in our factory.

1969

Yang Dezhi, former member of the CPC Central Committee and commander of the Jinan Military Region, came to inspect the factory.

1970

China's first HRVD-10 Lovey hardness tester and HBM-3000 door Brinell hardness tester were successfully developed in our factory. In April, according to the instructions of the National Defense Office, it undertook the 610 military mission.

1971

The first HBG-3000 medium-sized Brinell hardness tester in China was successfully developed in our factory. After inspection by China Changchun Testing Machine Testing Center, the three leading products of our factory, cloth, Luo and Wei, continue to be rated as first-class products.
