Main features:

● This machine is an electronic force loading digital multi-function hardness tester,which can simultaneously perform Brinell,Rockwell,and Vickers hardness testing functions;closed-loop control of test force;

● ARM high-speed processor and 8-inch LCD touch screen are adopted,making the interface easy to operate;

● Display current test scale,test force,holding time,hardness conversion value,indenter type,etc;

● The loading,dwelling and unloading of test force are automatically performed;

● The uniquely designed electromagnetic brake function automatically locks the screw and handwheel when the initial test force is applied,and then automatically loads the main test force,eliminating human error and improving measurement accuracy;

● Automatic compensation of test force,high force accuracy;automatic correction of hardness values on concave and convex surfaces;

● It has software calibration function;the displacement-force curve is displayed dynamically during the testing process,which is convenient for observation and analysis;

● It can set the upper and lower limits of hardness testing,and the buzzer will automatically prompt if the hardness exceeds the limit;

● English and Chinese language interface conversion;various hardness value conversion;

● Equipped with USB and RS232 data interfaces,it is convenient for users to process data;

Rockwell
