The HYHVS-1000ZT2.1 automatic/T3.1 fully automatic microhardness tester has a 5.6-inch LCD touch screen,an automatic turret digital display micro Vickers hardness tester,equipped with a micro/Vickers hardness image automatic measurement system,which controls the micro Vickers hardness tester,automatic stage and lifting screw(T3.1)through a computer,and images the hardness indentation on the computer screen.It is a hardness testing instrument integrating various professional technologies such as electrical control,optical imaging,mechanical displacement,image analysis,and computer processing.It adopts precision design in terms of mechanics,ARM high-speed processor to control the test process in terms of electrical,and high-definition optical measurement system,photoelectric sensing and other new technologies in terms of optics,integrating mechanics and optics to improve the measurement accuracy of micro Vickers or Knoop hardness.
