The HYHVS-5ZL,10ZL,30ZL,and 50ZL T2.1 automatic/T3.1 fully automatic Vickers hardness testers feature an 8-inch LCD touch screen and an automatic turret digital display Vickers hardness tester equipped with a micro/Vickers hardness image fully automatic measurement system.The control of the digital display Vickers hardness tester,automatic stage,and lifting screw(T3.1)is achieved through a computer,and the hardness indentation image is displayed on the computer screen.The integrated hardness testing instrument combines electrical control,optical imaging,mechanical displacement,image analysis,computer processing,and other professional technologies.The mechanical design is precise,the electrical process is controlled by an ARM high-speed processor,and the optical system uses new technologies such as high-definition optical measurement system and photoelectric sensing.It integrates mechanical and optical elements to improve the measurement accuracy of micro/Vickers or Knoop hardness;it is an ideal hardness testing instrument for research and testing in universities,research institutions,factories,and quality inspection departments.

Function Features:

The HYHV300T2.1/T3.1 automatic micro/Vickers hardness image measurement system can directly control the hardness tester host,automatic coordinate bench,and lifting screw rod(T3.1),allowing real-time observation of images and measurement of hardness values.It can be manually and automatically measured,with fast and accurate measurement process.It can automatically displace and read the sample according to the set trajectory,achieving intelligent functions such as automatic turret,automatic focusing(T3.1),automatic loading,automatic displacement,automatic reading,etc.,meeting the needs of high-end users.

● The system uses a 3-megapixel digital camera to capture images,effectively improving measurement accuracy;

● The automatic coordinate test bench has multiple control modes,including computer control,manual operation,and joystick operation;

1.Main functions:(slightly different for different versions of software)

● System linkage:The system achieves system and hardness tester linkage through the RS232 interface,and the software controls the hardness meter in real time,adjusts brightness,controlsthe turret,shifts the lens,shifts load and reads directly;
