Main features:

● Comparative measurements of samples using ultrasonic contact impedance method have the advantages of high accuracy,fast speed,portability,and easy operation;

● 3.5-inch LCD color display,directly displaying the current measurement value,cumulative measurement times,maximum value,minimum value,average value,etc.,with automatic saving of measurement data;

● The test direction supports 360°,as long as the indenter forms an angle of 90°±5°with the measured surface,measurement can be performed;

● Measures HV,HRC,HBW and other hardness systems with fast measurement speed;

● The test indentation is small,with almost no damage to the surface of the tested sample;

● The manufacturer's calibration mode at 10 points is calibrated using 10 Vickers hardness blocks with different hardness values;

● One-point calibration mode,which uses one-point calibration based on materials with different elastic modulus to eliminate the influence of elastic modulus and achieve test accuracy;

● Multi-point calibration mode.Due to the conversion errors of different hardness scales in the hardness conversion table,the thickness of the workpiece,the roughness of the workpiece surface,and the measurement errors caused by the influence of liquid flow inside the workpiece,multi-point calibration is used.For composite materials or new materials without a hardness value conversion table,multi-point calibration is used to directly calibrate HRC,HRBW,HRA,HBW,and HV

● Data storage function,capable of storing 50 sets of measurement data and 10 calibration file data;

● Optional measuring base,providing more accurate test results;

● An optional Bluetooth printer can be used to print measurement data or connect to a computer's hyperterminal to export measurement data;
