The SHYC5000 model metallographic microscope is a three-eyed inverted metallographic microscope that uses an excellent infinity optical system and a modular functional design concept. The SHYC5000 type metallographic microscope is a three-eyed inverted metallographic microscope that adopts an excellent infinity optical system and a modular functional design concept. This machine has functions such as polarized light and bright field observation; a compact and stable high-rigidity body fully meets the vibration prevention requirements of microscope operation; an ideal design that conforms to ergonomic requirements makes operation more convenient and comfortable, providing a wider space; it is suitable for microscopic observation of metallographic structures and surface morphology, making it an ideal instrument for research in metallurgy, mineralogy, and precision engineering.

Observation System: Hinge-type binocular observation tube, 45° inclined, allowing operators to avoid prolonged bending or horizontal viewing, effectively relieving the neck and shoulder during operation. The wide-field eyepiece has a market diameter of up to φ22mm, making visual observation broader and more comfortable, and it can be fitted with rubber eye shields.

Mechanical Stage: Mechanical moving stage with a built-in rotatable circular stage plate. The irregular observation window set in the plate is suitable for microscopic observation of samples of different specifications. The circular stage plate can be rotated during polarized light observation to meet the requirements of polarized light microscopy.

Illumination System: Adopts Kohler illumination method, with aperture diaphragm and field diaphragm adjustable via a dial for smooth and comfortable adjustment. The polarizer can be adjusted 360° to observe microscopic images under different polarization states.
